Coastal Mini Mahjong Tiles Set

DESCRIPTION
An American Mahjong set from Himore Studio drawn entirely in coastal motifs: whale tails, sailboats and striped lighthouses for the suits, anchors marked with the compass directions for the winds, and an octopus on the jokers, with crabs, hydrangeas and beach chairs on other tiles. The faces are bright white with navy, red, yellow and green artwork, and the tiles are built in four colored layers, so each side shows stripes of white, sky blue, yellow and orange under a solid orange back.
Mahjong tables are everywhere on the Cape now, and this is the set for the group that plays on a screened porch in July and in somebody's kitchen in February. It's a statement set, the kind a host brings out when it's her turn to have the table, and it makes a memorable gift for the player who already owns a classic set and wants one that looks like summer.
